The finished shell has full-height glass sliding doors that let the light pour in and make a compact space feel open. Openings like these are cut into the container and framed so the structure stays strong.
What turns a box into a room
Every conversion follows the same path: frame the interior, insulate it so the metal stays comfortable through the Texas heat, run the electrical and plumbing, then finish the walls, floors and cabinetry. What gets built inside depends on what it's for: a tiny home, a guest house, an office or a studio.
Steel heats up fast. Insulation and the right cooling setup, like a mini-split or HVAC, are what make a container livable year-round here.
The kitchen and bathroom
Inside, the kitchen has cabinets, a sink and wood-look flooring. The bathroom has a vanity, a mirror and finished walls, all built to fit the space.
