Basic is $39/month, Standard $69/month, and Premium $129/month for homes under 2,500 sq ft. Larger homes add $20–$40/month.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What if something bigger needs fixing?
We’ll let you know and give you an upfront price, with your member discount applied.
Do unused repair hours roll over?
Repair hours are used at each visit. If you have a long list, bring it to your next visit or book extra time at your member discount.
Do you offer plans for rental properties?
Yes. Landlords with several rentals get per-property pricing with a discount.
